#### 291 Stationary aircraft within precincts of an aerodrome (1) A person may leave a stationary aircraft standing within the precincts of an aerodrome at which air traffic control is in operation, only if: (a) the aircraft is standing in an area that is designated to be an area for the parking of aircraft of a kind to which that aircraft belongs; or (b) air traffic control has given permission for the aircraft to be left standing in that area. Penalty: 5 penalty units. (2) An offence against subregulation (1) is an offence of strict liability. > Note: For strict liability, see section 6.1 of the Criminal Code.
