#### 206 Prescribed purpose—miscellaneous For the purposes of subsection 27(9) of the Act, each of the following is a prescribed purpose: (a) the flying or operation of an aircraft for balloon flying training (within the meaning of subregulation 5.01(1)) that is: (i) for the grant of a balloon flight crew licence or balloon flight crew rating under Part 5; and (ii) conducted for hire or reward; (b) an aerial application operation (within the meaning of regulation 137.010 of CASR) to which Part 137 of CASR applies that is conducted for hire or reward; (c) the operation of a glider involving the carriage of passengers that is conducted for hire or reward.
