28 Continuing airworthiness
28.1The operator must have procedures in force to ensure the continuing airworthiness of the aircraft for RNP AR operations.
28.2The operator must ensure that the aircraft equipment and configuration control are consistent with:
(a) RNP AR capability; and
28.3 The operator must ensure that engineering and maintenance personnel are trained in, and familiar with, RNP AR airworthiness requirements.
