Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This instrument cancels an old aviation safety regulation. It repeals (removes from law) Civil Aviation Order 108.32, an earlier rule made under the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988.

What it does

Section 3 is the only operative provision: it simply states that CAO 108.32 is repealed.
Once commenced, the order takes immediate effect and the old CAO no longer has legal force.

Who it affects Anyone in the aviation industry who was previously required to comply with Civil Aviation Order 108.32 (the specific requirements of which are not detailed in this repeal instrument).

Why it matters This is regulatory "housekeeping"—removing outdated or redundant rules to simplify the aviation safety framework and reduce compliance burden.
