41G Grounds of cancellation of contract of insurance not affected
Nothing in this Part affects: (a) the grounds on which an insurer may cancel a contract of insurance between the insurer and a carrier; or (b) any right that an insurer may have to recover from a carrier an amount paid by the insurer under a contract of insurance between the insurer and the carrier.
