#### 25N Evidence of certain matters (1) The Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette, from time to time declare: (a) who are the Parties to the Convention; and (b) the territory in respect of which any Party is bound by the Convention; and (c) the extent to which any Party has availed itself of a reservation permitted by the Convention. (2) A notice under this section is prima facie evidence of the matters declared.
