#### 17 Actions against Parties to the Convention who undertake carriage by air (1) A Party to the Convention which has not availed itself of the provisions of the Additional Protocol to the Warsaw Convention with reference to Article 2 of that Convention shall, for the purposes of an action under the Convention brought in a court in Australia to enforce a claim in respect of carriage undertaken by that Party, be deemed to have submitted to the jurisdiction of that court. (2) Nothing in this section authorizes the issue of execution against the property of a Party to the Convention.
