#### 2 Interpretation
In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:
> authorised person means a person authorised in writing by the Authority for the purposes of the provision in which the expression occurs.
> engage in conduct means:
(a) do an act; or
(b) omit to perform an act.
> interest in relation to land, means:
(a) a legal or equitable estate or interest in the land; or
(b) a right, power or privilege over, or in connection with, the land.
> object includes a tree or other natural obstacle.
