#### 27AD CASA may require proving flights etc. (1) CASA may give a written notice to an applicant for an AOC, requiring the applicant: (a) to conduct proving flights; or (b) to carry out other aircraft tests or demonstrations of procedures; to assess whether the applicant can safely conduct the operations covered by the application. (2) The notice must describe the proving flights, tests or demonstrations that the applicant is required to conduct or carry out. (3) The proving flights, tests or demonstrations must be conducted or carried out under the supervision or observation of an authorised officer and in accordance with the requirements mentioned in the notice.
