#### 30 Parties to proceedings for contravention of civil penalty provision of Act 30 Parties to proceedings for contravention of civil penalty provision of Act > The parties to proceedings on an application made under section 77 of the Act are— > > > (a) the applicant, and > > > (b) the person who is alleged to have contravened the civil penalty provision of the Act concerned, and > > > (c) any other person who is made a party to the proceedings by the Tribunal under section 44 of the Act, and > > > (d) any other person required to be joined or treated as a party to the proceedings by a Division Schedule for a Division of the Tribunal, enabling legislation or the procedural rules.
