34A Definitions
> In this Part—
>
> authorised court means any of the following—
>
> > (a) the District Court,
>
> > (b) the Local Court.
>
> federal jurisdiction means jurisdiction of a kind referred to in section 75 or 76 of the Commonwealth Constitution.
>
> jurisdictional limit, in relation to an authorised court, means the jurisdictional limit of the court within the meaning of the [Civil Procedure Act 2005](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2005-028).
