#### 22 Appointment of registrars and other staff 22 Appointment of registrars and other staff > > (1) Persons (including the principal registrar and any other registrars) may be employed in the Public Service to enable the Tribunal to exercise its functions. Those employees may be referred to as the employees or staff of the Tribunal. > > > (2) The President may enter into arrangements with any government agency or other body or person (whether in the public or private sector) for the provision of assistance to the Tribunal in connection with the exercise of its functions. > > > (3) A reference in this Act to the appointment of a registrar or other member of staff of the Tribunal is to be read as a reference to the employment of a person as such in the Public Service. > > **s 22:** Am 2013 No 94, Sch 1 \[20\] \[21\].
