#### 49 Decision by the Planning Committee to deal with an authorisation under this Division 49 Decision by the Planning Committee to deal with an authorisation under this Division > > (1) If the Planning Committee decides to deal with an authorisation under this Division, the Planning Committee shall— > > > > > (a) notify the Minister or public authority concerned of its decision, > > > > > (b) forward a copy of the development application to that Minister or public authority, and > > > > > (c) require that Minister or public authority to finally determine the matter requiring the authorisation within such time as the Planning Committee may specify having regard to any law (other than this Act) governing the granting of the authorisation or the exercise of the function comprising the authorisation. > > > (2) The Planning Committee may, before or after the expiration of the time specified under this section, extend that time from time to time.
