#### 16 Application of Local Government Act 1993 to meetings 16 Application of [Local Government Act 1993](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1993-030) to meetings > The following provisions apply to and in respect of the members of the Planning Committee in the same way as they apply to and in respect of councillors of a council, except in so far as provision is otherwise made by or under this Act— > > > (a) Part 1 of Chapter 4 and Division 2 of Part 2 of Chapter 12 of the [Local Government Act 1993](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1993-030), > > > (b) the regulations made under that Act (but only in so far as those regulations apply to the conduct of council meetings and the conduct of councillors in respect of such meetings).
