97 Abandoned goods (1) An authorised person may seize any goods abandoned on public

City of Darwin By-laws 2023 52 (2) The goods of people experiencing homelessness or people sleeping rough must be respected as not abandoned, but may be considered abandoned if left unattended for more than 24 hours. Note for by-law 97 Seized goods may be sold or otherwise disposed of under by-law 157.
