96 Goods or equipment on public land (1) A person must not, without an authorisation, place goods or equipment in, on or over public land, or outside premises adjoining public land. A works permit is needed to place construction equipment, building materials or a skip for construction waste on public land. (4) The following circumstances are not relevant to an offence against clause (2): (a) whether the goods or equipment cause an obstruction; (b) whether the goods or equipment are for sale.
