73 Prohibited animals other than livestock Unless authorised under a law of the Territory, the following animals are prohibited from being kept in Darwin: (a) any wildlife as defined in the Territory Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act 1976; (b) any animal declared to be a feral animal under the Territory Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act 1976;
