45 Offence for contravention of condition of registration (1) The owner of a registered dog or cat must comply with any conditions on the registration determined by the City. (a) the person is the owner of a registered dog or cat; and (b) the registration of the dog or cat is subject to a condition; and (c) the owner fails to comply with the condition.
