166 Continuation of public library (1) A public library, and any branches of that library, administered by the City immediately before the commencement, continue as a part of the public library system on the commencement as if established under these By-laws. (2) The services provided by a public library, and any branches of that library, administered by the City immediately before the commencement, continue on the commencement as services provided by a public library system under these By-laws.
