161Former authorisations

161 Former authorisations (1) A licence, permit, registration or other authorisation issued, granted or renewed under the former By-laws and in force immediately before the commencement continues on the commencement as if it were issued, granted or renewed under these By-laws. (2) Any direction given by the CEO to a stallholder association or stallholder, regarding the sale of food and beverages to the public on public land, in force immediately before the commencement continues on the commencement as if it were a direction under by-law 109.
