156 Powers of authorised persons and employees (1) Subject to clause (2), an authorised person may exercise any reasonable power necessary or required to give effect to these By-laws. (2) An authorised person must act in accordance with any conditions imposed on the person by the City, by resolution. (3) An authorised person or employee of the City acting in accordance with their duties is exempt from the requirement of an authorisation for that activity. An employee does not need an authorisation to set-up structures on public land.
