134 Offence for unauthorised outdoor advertising (a) the person installs, exhibits or changes outdoor advertising; and (b) the advertising is on public land or on premises adjoining or visible from public land; and (c) an outdoor advertising permit is required for the advertising or the change in advertising under the outdoor advertising code; and (d) the person does not have an outdoor advertising permit authorising the advertising or the change in advertising.
