124 Bringing things into public library (1) A person must not bring an animal into a public library other than: (a) an assistance animal; or (b) an animal permitted in the library for the purposes of an event organised for the animal. Example for clause (1)(b) Pet time in the library.

City of Darwin By-laws 2023 65 (2) A person must not bring a vehicle into a public library, unless: (a) it is a wheelchair or other mobility device needed by the person; or (b) it is a skateboard, bicycle or similar thing allowed in by a library officer. (3) Property left or abandoned in a public library may be disposed of in the same manner as seized goods under by-law 157.
