110Stallholder permits

110 Stallholder permits (1) A stallholder permit must specify the following: (a) the type of goods or services that the stallholder is allowed to sell at the market; (b) the location of the stall from which the goods or services may be sold at the market; (c) the term of the permit; (d) any other conditions the City determines or the stallholder association requires. (2) A person must not, without a stallholder permit, sell goods or services or otherwise conduct business within a market.
