109 CEO directions (1) To protect the unique character and role of markets in Darwin, the CEO may give reasonable written directions regarding the following to a stallholder association and stallholders: (a) the character of the market and the nature of the goods and services offered at the market; (b) the location of stalls in the market and the flow of pedestrian and vehicular traffic at the market; (c) the environmental impact of the market; (d) the health and safety of persons at, or in the vicinity of, the

(a) holds a market licence or a stallholder permit; and (b) fails to comply with the reasonable written directions referred to in clause (1). Maximum penalty: 25 penalty units.
