104 City's public swimming facilities (1) The conditions of use for a public swimming facility provided by the City must be published. (2) A notice setting out the main conditions for using a public swimming facility must be clearly exhibited in a conspicuous place at the facility. (3) A person using a public swimming facility provided by the City must comply with the conditions for using the facility. (4) The operator of the public swimming facility or an authorised person may require a person who fails to comply with the conditions for using the facility to leave the facility. (5) A person required to leave a public swimming facility under clause (4) must leave the facility immediately.
