sec.95 Levying separate rates or charges
This section applies if the council decides to levy separate rates or charges. For levying rates under subsection (1) , the council may fix a minimum amount of the rates. To remove any doubt, it is declared that the council may levy separate rates or charges for a service, facility or activity, whether or not the service, facility or activity is supplied by the council. (sec.95-ssec.1) This section applies if the council decides to levy separate rates or charges.
