sec.88 Carrying special rates or charges forward to a later financial year
This section applies if the council does not spend all of the special rates or charges that are raised in a financial year in carrying out an annual implementation plan. The council may carry the unspent special rates or charges forward for spending under an annual implementation plan in a later financial year.
