sec.72 Value of mining claim for fixing minimum general rates
For fixing a minimum amount of general rates for land subject to a mining claim, the value of the mining claim is— for a mining claim over land that is 900m 2 or less—$150; or for a mining claim over land that is larger than 900m 2 —$450.
- (a) for a mining claim over land that is 900m 2 or less—$150; or
- (b) for a mining claim over land that is larger than 900m 2 —$450.
