sec.64 Boundary works
This section is about a road or other work that is to be, or has been, built— along the boundary between Brisbane and another local government area; and partly in Brisbane and the other area. The cost of planning, constructing, maintaining and managing the road or other work is the joint responsibility of the council and the other local government. The council must enter into the arrangements that are necessary to perform that responsibility. (sec.64-ssec.1) This section is about a road or other work that is to be, or has been, built— along the boundary between Brisbane and another local government area; and partly in Brisbane and the other area. (sec.64-ssec.2) The cost of planning, constructing, maintaining and managing the road or other work is the joint responsibility of the council and the other local government. (sec.64-ssec.3) The council must enter into the arrangements that are necessary to perform that responsibility.
