sec.306 Particular financial documents for 2022–2023 financial year
This section applies if, after the commencement, the council adopts its annual report for the 2022–2023 financial year and that report contains— a current-year financial sustainability statement for the 2022–2023 financial year; or a long-term financial sustainability statement for the 2022–2023 financial year; or a community financial report for the 2022–2023 financial year. Former sections 160, 170 and 171 continue to apply in relation to the annual report. s 306 ins 2023 SL No. 56 s 7 (sec.306-ssec.1) This section applies if, after the commencement, the council adopts its annual report for the 2022–2023 financial year and that report contains— a current-year financial sustainability statement for the 2022–2023 financial year; or a long-term financial sustainability statement for the 2022–2023 financial year; or a community financial report for the 2022–2023 financial year. (sec.306-ssec.2) Former sections 160, 170 and 171 continue to apply in relation to the annual report.
- (a) a current-year financial sustainability statement for the 2022–2023 financial year; or

- (c) a community financial report for the 2022–2023 financial year.
