sec.293 Application of s 178 to annual report for financial year starting 1 July 2019
The council’s annual report for the financial year starting on 1 July 2019 must comply with— for the period starting on 1 July 2019 and ending immediately before the commencement—section 178 as in force immediately before the commencement; and for the period starting on the commencement and ending on 30 June 2020—section 178 as in force on the commencement. s 293 ins 2019 SL No. 229 s 8
