sec.291 Removal or moving of vehicle from malls
This section applies if a vehicle was removed or moved from a mall under section 50(3) as in force immediately before the commencement. Sections 51 to 54 as in force immediately before the commencement continue to apply in relation to the vehicle as if the amendment regulation had not commenced. s 291 ins 2015 SL No. 173 s 7 (sec.291-ssec.1) This section applies if a vehicle was removed or moved from a mall under section 50(3) as in force immediately before the commencement. (sec.291-ssec.2) Sections 51 to 54 as in force immediately before the commencement continue to apply in relation to the vehicle as if the amendment regulation had not commenced.
