sec.268 Who maintains registers of interests
The chief executive officer must maintain a register of interests of the following persons— a councillor; a councillor advisor; a senior executive employee; a person who is related to a councillor, councillor advisor or senior executive employee. The mayor must maintain a register of interests of the following persons— the chief executive officer; a person who is related to the chief executive officer. s 268 amd 2013 SL No. 148 s 8 sch; 2020 SL No. 156 s 22 (sec.268-ssec.1) The chief executive officer must maintain a register of interests of the following persons— a councillor; a councillor advisor; a senior executive employee; a person who is related to a councillor, councillor advisor or senior executive employee. (sec.268-ssec.2) The mayor must maintain a register of interests of the following persons— the chief executive officer; a person who is related to the chief executive officer.
