sec.266 Who may be appointed as authorised persons— Act , s 199
For section 199 (2) (b) (ii) of the Act , each of the following types of persons are prescribed— a person who contracts with the council to provide services to it for the administration or enforcement of a local government related law; a person who is an employee of an entity that contracts with the council to provide services to it for the administration or enforcement of a local government related law; a person who is an employee of another local government and who performs duties for the council under an arrangement between the council and the other local government.
