sec.254 Advisory committees
An advisory committee— must not be appointed as a standing committee; and may include in its members persons who are not councillors. A member of an advisory committee (whether or not they are a councillor) may vote on business before the committee. s 254 prev s 254 om 2020 SL No. 156 s 12 pres s 254 ins 2020 SL No. 156 s 13 (sec.254-ssec.1) An advisory committee— must not be appointed as a standing committee; and may include in its members persons who are not councillors. (sec.254-ssec.2) A member of an advisory committee (whether or not they are a councillor) may vote on business before the committee.
