sec.242AB Ordinary business matters relating to documents— Act , s 177C
For section 177C (1) (d) of the Act , the following documents are prescribed— the council’s investigation policy adopted under the Local Government Act, section 150AE ; the council’s annual operational plan adopted under section 166 . s 242AB ins 2024 SL No. 14 s 4
