sec.241 Declaration of office— Act , s 169

For section 169 (2) of the Act , the declaration of office prescribed is— ‘I, ( insert name of councillor), having been elected/appointed as a councillor of the City of Brisbane, declare that I will faithfully and impartially fulfil the duties of the office, in accordance with the local government principles under the City of Brisbane Act 2010 and the code of conduct for councillors under the Local Government Act 2009 , to the best of my judgment and ability.’. s 241 amd 2020 SL No. 52 s 3 ; 2020 SL No. 156 s 5
