sec.236 What div 2 is about
This division is about the expenses reimbursement policy. The expenses reimbursement policy is a policy providing for the following— payment of reasonable expenses incurred, or to be incurred, by councillors for discharging their duties and responsibilities as councillors; provision of facilities to councillors for that purpose. (sec.236-ssec.1) This division is about the expenses reimbursement policy. (sec.236-ssec.2) The expenses reimbursement policy is a policy providing for the following— payment of reasonable expenses incurred, or to be incurred, by councillors for discharging their duties and responsibilities as councillors; provision of facilities to councillors for that purpose.
- (a) payment of reasonable expenses incurred, or to be incurred, by councillors for discharging their duties and responsibilities as councillors;
