sec.232 Remuneration for director’s functions
The council may decide additional remuneration is payable to councillors who are directors of, or shareholder delegates for, a corporatised business entity. However, the council can not differentiate between the additional remuneration payable to councillors who are directors of, or shareholder delegates for, a corporatised business entity.
