sec.214 What div 2 is about
This division explains what the council must do before it enters into— a medium-sized contractual arrangement; or a large-sized contractual arrangement; or a valuable non-current asset contract. s 214 amd 2013 SL No. 273 s 8 ; 2014 SL No. 290 s 10 sub 2025 SL No. 161 s 10
- (a) a medium-sized contractual arrangement; or
