sec.207 What pt 2 is about
This part allows the council to take a strategic approach to its contracts. A strategic approach is an approach that identifies potential opportunities, while managing adverse risks. However, this part applies to the council only if it decides to apply the part. This part does not apply to a contract for the disposal of land. For all other contracts, this part provides an alternative to part 3 . (sec.207-ssec.1) This part allows the council to take a strategic approach to its contracts.
