sec.206 What ch 6 is about
This chapter is about the council’s activities for the making of a contract for— the supply of goods or services; or the disposal of non-current assets. However, this chapter does not apply to the council making a contract of employment with a council employee. s 206 amd 2013 SL No. 273 s 7 (sec.206-ssec.1) This chapter is about the council’s activities for the making of a contract for— the supply of goods or services; or the disposal of non-current assets.
