sec.152 Definitions for div 3
In this division— change of owner notice , for land, means a document stating— the description of the land; and the date the owner of the land changed; and the reason the owner changed, including, for example, because the land has been sold; and the full name and address of the previous owner of the land; and the full name and address of the new owner of the land. new owner , of land, means the person who owns the land immediately after the owner of the land changes. previous owner , of land, means the person who owned the land immediately before the owner of the land changed.
- (a) the description of the land; and
- (b) the date the owner of the land changed; and
- (c) the reason the owner changed, including, for example, because the land has been sold; and
- (d) the full name and address of the previous owner of the land; and
- (e) the full name and address of the new owner of the land.
