sec.116 Refund of rebated rates or charges already paid
This section applies if— the council grants a rebate of rates or charges to a ratepayer or a ratepayer who is a member of a class of ratepayers; and the ratepayer has already paid the rates or charges. The council must refund the amount of the rebated rates or charges to the ratepayer. (sec.116-ssec.1) This section applies if— the council grants a rebate of rates or charges to a ratepayer or a ratepayer who is a member of a class of ratepayers; and the ratepayer has already paid the rates or charges. (sec.116-ssec.2) The council must refund the amount of the rebated rates or charges to the ratepayer.
- (a) the council grants a rebate of rates or charges to a ratepayer or a ratepayer who is a member of a class of ratepayers; and
- (b) the ratepayer has already paid the rates or charges.
