CIT and the AEU agree to work together over the life of this Agreement to develop a new system/industrial framework to improve management of employees’ working contribution and workload. CIT and the AEU further agree to utilise individual flexibility arrangements to amend individual employees working conditions to pilot and test the effectiveness and viability of proposed changes. Employee participation in pilots will be voluntary. All parties will participate in these pilots in good faith.
