M40.15Any overtime payments made to an employee under paragraph M40.14.1 or M40.14.2 above will

Any overtime payments made to an employee under paragraph M40.14.1 or M40.14.2 above will be recoverable under clause D5 - where the employee does not meet their required annual teaching load by the end of the academic year. Amounts recovered under this subclause will be equal to the hours of overtime already paid to the employee, and at the rate it was originally paid.
