Employees wishing to access qualification and skills achievement funding must apply to their College Director prior to committing to a learning and development program or a program of study for a relevant qualification. Directors may approve applications provided the qualification or learning and development has been set out in the employee’s Performance Plan and Learning and Development Plan.
