Notwithstanding the provisions of this clause relating to annual teaching loads, the Chief Executive may enter into an arrangement with a group of employees to aggregate annual teaching loads under subclause M18.6. The pool of teaching hours created may then be redistributed amongst the group in accordance with a written agreement between the parties.
