Whether the principles of procedural fairness and natural justice were complied with in taking the original action. l4.8.3 Whether the final decision of the chief executive was fair and equitable in all of the circumstances. If the reviewer has any doubt over the reliability or validity of the information, evidence or processes used in making the original decision or action, or that significant information or evidence was not considered in the making of the original decision or action, the reviewer must inform the chief executive of that doubt and the reasons for it in the written report in accordance with I4.9.
